G.R.I.N.D. (Gee's Run In a New Direction) is a 5k (3.2 mile) walk/run to raise the awareness of health disparities in the urban community as it relates to nutrition and exercise. The ultimate goal is to provide education, direction and motivation for our community to begin to take hold of and value their physical health.
